Parker Young is delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, proudly unique, globally ambitious FMCG brand to find their next Senior National Account Manager.

This is a business that’s built serious momentum in a short space of time with big listings,  strong brand love, International footprint and now, with fresh backing from their global parent company and even bigger ambitions, they’re looking for a commercially sharp, ambitious FMCG sales professional, looking for a role in a nimble business with a GREAT portfolio to help accelerate the next phase of growth in the UK.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A driven, talented NAM/ Senior NAM with solid UK FMCG experience. Brand experience will definitely help. Experience growing a challenger brand? Even better.

You’ll already have built a strong sales career and be ready to step into a role with real ownership and influence. Your mission will be to grow key customer partnerships in a sustainable, commercially smart way — building long-term relationships that genuinely work for both sides.

The role is full-time and permanent, based in a London office two days per week, with occasional UK-wide travel and the odd international trip when needed.

 

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Reporting into the UK Sales Director, you’ll be a core part of a high-performing commercial team and a trusted partner to colleagues across marketing, insight, supply chain, product and finance.

You’ll be responsible for keeping customers engaged, energised and commercially aligned — from JBPs and P&L management through to promotions, launches and activation.

You’ll manage the numbers confidently, using data to inform decisions rather than drown them out. You’ll stay close to market dynamics and competitor activity, spotting opportunities early and acting on them. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure the brand shows up brilliantly in-store and online, with the right range, the right activity and the right execution.

In short: you’ll own your accounts end to end, and you’ll be trusted to make good things happen.

 

HOW WILL YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD?

This is a big, exciting role — and it will suit someone who combines commercial rigour with emotional intelligence.

You’ll likely have four or more years’ branded account management experience in the UK grocery channel and either be operating at Senior NAM level already, or ready to make that step. You’ll be comfortable thinking strategically, without losing sight of what needs to land this quarter.

You’re organised, solutions-driven, and calm when things get messy. You know how to prioritise, how to influence, and how to work as part of a team without losing your own edge. Low ego, high energy, and resilient when plans change (because sometimes they will).
