Our approach for you

Wherever possible, we meet you face to face to discuss your needs in depth.  Our team takes as much time as needed to really understand your business, its culture and values to make sure that we find candidates that suit you. This shapes the search we do on your behalf and makes sure that the candidates we put in front of you have the best chance of being a great fit.

We will never anonymously match CVs and roles or send you candidates that just don’t fit your brief. We don’t have targets for our team to hit; this removes the drive to fill roles at any cost and means that our team take their time and the utmost care to do the right thing for everyone we work with.

We believe that insight and experience is a critical part of our service and so we’ll be honest and challenging, in the nicest possible way!  We respect your knowledge of your business and what you need, but we also want to make sure we’re doing our job and adding value.  We’ll encourage you to think laterally about what candidates might be right for you – sometimes the best candidates are not always the most obvious ones. But we will never push a candidate on you if we don’t think they’re right for you.
