Our bespoke candidate profile management system gives you direct influence over the profile that employers see, so that you can amend and adapt it at any given time as your search evolves.

Wherever possible, we will meet you in person to properly understand your experience, achievements, career aspirations and what makes you tick. This investment in time from both sides makes all the difference to a successful job search and helps us build a trusted partnership in finding your next role. 

We’ll be honest and challenging, in the nicest possible way!  We respect your knowledge of your career and what you’re looking for in your next role, but we’ll also challenge you to consider options that might not have occurred to you if we think they might be right.  This means that we’ll give you a reality check when needed and help you shape your job search to find your perfect job.  But we will never push an opportunity on you if we don’t think it’s right.


Here's how our process works:

  • We’ll meet for a coffee to talk about you and what you’re looking for both short and long term in your career, advise you on whether we can help you and what type of company might be right for you.  If we have a live role that might suit you, we’ll discuss it there and then. It not, we’ll start the process of using our network to look for a good match for you
  • We’ll help you develop your CV and will never send your details out without briefing you
  • We build your profile on our database, using our investment into a bespoke self managed candidate profile feature and give you log-in details so that you can update and manage your personal details to ensure you are always made aware of the best roles for you.
  • We provide you with support, advice and coaching if required prior to any interview we represent you for
  • We come back to you as quickly and as accurately as we can with feedback after the interview.
  • We manage all follow-up interviews through to job offer and acceptance with honesty and integrity to ensure the best outcome for you.
  • We’ll stay in touch after you’ve landed your role to make sure it’s working out as you wanted and to build our relationship over the long term.
