This is not a “steady-state” SNAM role. You’ll be stepping into a small but mighty commercial function where your impact will be immediate, visible, and business-critical.

You’ll own some of the UK’s biggest grocery retail partnerships — delivering revenue, margin and category growth while elevating a brand backed by deep professional expertise and loved by an ever-growing consumer community.

You’ll also be joining a business undergoing the exciting phase of “professionalising the start-up”, where pace, autonomy, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration are part of the everyday rhythm


🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

Own & Grow Key National Accounts

  • Lead and manage top-tier grocery retail partners, delivering revenue, volume, profit and share targets while building brilliant, long-term relationships.
  • Ownership of national retail and grocery accounts, delivering commercial targets, and shaping promotional and category strategies.)

Drive Category-Led Customer Plans

  • Build JBPs rooted in insight, shopper behaviour and category performance — ensuring execution lands flawlessly in-store and online.

Shape & Execute Promotional Strategy

  • Champion data-led decision making to optimise promo effectiveness, drive rate of sale and increase conversion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with internal teams — supply chain, operations, brand, digital, and the wider commercial team — to execute launches, improve forecasting accuracy and elevate every retail touch point
