Parker Young is delighted to be supporting a pioneering food retail brand, who have recently ‘gone live’ with a series of new store launches across the UK and will be taking their biggest concept yet internationally later in the year! Our client now needs to pass all things marketing over to an experienced consumer marketer, to further drive growth and to head up a talented and passionate marketing team.
As Senior Marketing Manager you will . . .
- Manage a team, developing their talent and skills to provide best in class.
- Provide marketing activity and the tools to execute to relevant teams across the business and provide support for franchise partners.
- Generate revenue growth through creation and implementation of all marketing plans.
- Deliver the promotional calendar across key trading dates and all local marketing campaigns effortlessly to drive traffic.
- Develop the customer loyalty scheme and deliver a sound customer service experience for online and in-store customers.
- Analyse and research market and consumer trends and monitor marketing activities to ensure ROI.
- Identify opportunities for growth through other channels.
- Drive growth through all digital platforms.
- Ensure all marketing and branding materials, creative production, graphics, and copy adhere to brand guidelines and are executed to the highest standard.
- Work with the Marketing team to lead and deliver the eCommerce budget through brand growth and awareness.
- Create exciting briefs that deliver projects effectively to plan.
We are looking for an experienced food retail or FMCG marketer (a background in both would be ideal!) who oozes passion, has a growth/ entrepreneurial mindset and who is ready take hold of what we feel is a unique opportunity to make a name for yourself in what is set to be an exciting high growth business. You must be commercially astute, creative, and curious, with a passion for leading a team.
