Parker Young is delighted to be working with our Global FMCG client to identify an experienced and highly ambitious SNAM/ Commercial Account Manager / Business Account Manager for this brilliant, newly created role, responsible for overseeing two key channels.
As Senior Customer Manager, you will have responsibility for managing multiple Discount, foodservice and Wholesale customers , with a focus on growing volume, profitability, and mix, in line with business and sales strategy.
You will have full ownership of budgeting, pricing, forecasting and promotional activities for Discounter and FS/WS customers in line with S&OP along with responsibility for negotiating and managing Joint Business Plans.
You will:
- Deliver an appropriate promotional plan for the Customers, manage the process internally, with focus on alignment with the Retail colleagues.
- Work closely with the Category, Marketing and Project Teams to deliver growth opportunities for the business through maximising range, seasonal activity and innovation specific to your channels
We are looking for a highly experienced commercial leader with strong evidence of successfully working in the Discount and/or Foodservice & Wholesale channels. You will be passionate in working in a team and have previous line management responsibility, given you will manage a small team. You will embrace company values, demonstrate winning behaviours, and have a passion for personal development.
