Our client is a major FMCG organisation and home to multiple iconic and much loved brands who is looking for a passionate foodie and talented marketer for this newly created role.


As Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the marketing strategy for two of the biggest, most prominent and most strategically important brands in their portfolio.


Key responsibilities:

  • Own  the  key  elements  of  brand  strategy,  identifying  growth  opportunities  &  building  strong plans to deliver against them.
  • Support the development of business strategy and approach.
  • Lead the implementation of   new brand positioning and ensure all brand communications are delivered inline.
  • Work  closely  with  the  sales  &  commercial  teams  to  ensure  alignment  on  brand  and  customer  strategy,  monitor  and  react  to  customer  performance  and  build  and  execute  appropriate marketing plans.
  • Work with internal teams and agency partners to develop the right mix of communication channels  for  the  brand,  leveraging  insight  to  meet  brand  objectives  and  setting  appropriate campaign KPI’s.
  • Lead  internal  resources  and  external  agencies  to  deliver  communication  and  activation  plans,  ensuring  that  they  are  carried  out  to  a  high  standard  and  that  appropriate  effectiveness measures are in place.
  • Lead the performance management of the brand, presenting the performance and plans to the business regularly
  • Manage the EPD and NPD pipelines, including structural and design packaging evolution 
  • Lead  the  management  of  a  brand  P&L.


We’d like to speak with candidates with an excellent understanding of all aspects of brand marketing, strong experience of managing FMCG brands and with a hunger to deliver growth.
