Parker Young is delighted to be supporting a fast growing, well-established and respected, family-owned FMCG company, who are on the hunt for an outstanding Sales Director. It is a great time to join the business as our client is embarking on a new 5-year strategy to grow their brands within the UK and internationally.
As Sales Director, you will be given full responsibility for a multi- disciplinary sales function and in this newly created sales structure, you will build, coach and develop a dynamic sales team to implement through new sales strategies for success.
Our client is looking for an experienced senior FMCG sales leader, who can accelerate the growth of revenues for the business and take responsibility for the performance of a company’s sales/ its standing in the marketplace.
You will:
The role could be suited to an existing Sales Director, or Sales/ Commercial Controller, with first class negotiation skills and experience of leading a successful team in in FMCG and who is looking for a board level sales role in and £multimillion t/o, market leading business. You will be able to demonstrate experience in developing strong client relationships and have hands on experience in creating reports and managing budgets. We are looking for an individual with outstanding communication and presentation skills, excellent organisational and time-management skills and excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
