Parker Young is supporting a global multinational FMCG client to find one of the best Project/ Programme Management candidates in the UK market for a fantastic new leadership role in the organisation. You will create, develop, lead, inspire, and execute the innovation pipeline and have and create a best-in-class programme management process.
- Develop and determine the appropriate structure for the innovation pipeline and activity programme.
- Drive the stage gate governance and innovation process at pace and on time.
- Lead and motivate the project managers and product technologists to enhance and develop their technical and leadership competencies.
- Work in collaboration with brand and innovation managers to identify and deliver on business growth opportunities.
- Ascertain, create, and execute the overall NPD strategy, to deliver an innovation pipeline that will drive incremental performance, through revenue and profit contribution.
- Support the businesses commitment to Inclusion and developing Diversity.
- Deliver key growth initiatives in full and on time, through motivating and leading product technologists, cross functional teams, and project managers.
- Be a fundamental part of the Marketing Leadership team, directing and leading the wider marketing team when required.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to health and safety and champion the internal safety culture and working practices.
