Net Revenue Manager - Leeds

Parker Young is delighted to be supporting one of our long standing FMCG clients to find a great candidate for a newly created role in their business.

As Net Revenue Manager, you will join a newly created team to work cross functionally and to identify opportunities to drive sales and profit, with a focus on Price / Promotions / PPA / Mix & Trading Terms. You will be the champion of NRM methodology, implementing and embedding tools throughout the wider business.

This role gives you the opportunity to work across all categories and to support your colleagues in multiple customer channels, rather than just been aligned to one and no one day will be the same!

NRM is still a relatively new term/ discipline in the FMCG industry and many strong candidates who have secured similar roles we’ve recruited for other clients, referenced they wouldn’t have applied for the role if they hadn’t been approached about it, so if you come from a number of different backgrounds including Sales, Category Management, Supply Chain, Insight or Finance and have the following attributes, we would recommend you get in touch for more information:

  • Commercial and financial acumen.
  • Outstanding analytical ability.
  • Able to interact with and persuade individuals at all levels
  • Tenacity & leadership
  • Able to build strong relationships; excellent influencing skills
  • Familiarity with multiple data sources e.g. syndicated sales data, financial data, and consumer data
  • Expertise in one or more of: pricing / promo analytics, tool development, syndicated data, trade terms optimisation, promotional effectiveness, finance
