National Account Manager - Ecommerce - Yorkshire

Parker Young is delighted to be partnering one of our clients to find a specialist in managing and developing key national Ecommerce accounts, in what is becoming a rapid area of growth for the business.

As Ecommerce National Account Manager, you will have direct accountability for our client’s online UK retail customers and be responsible for developing the Ecommerce channel strategy.

You will be recognised as the undisputed Ecommerce expert in the business and lead on the Ecommerce strategy/ roadmap, optimising product visibility online and executing stand out digital campaigns. You will:

  • Manage online relationships with retailers and alignment on strategy
  • Lead Ecommerce best practice and sharing across the teams
  • Have responsibility for the online channel budget
  • Set Ecommerce metrics and deliver reporting on a monthly basis internally and externally
  • Deliver Ecommerce test & learn initiatives against joint priorities to drive future growth
  • Share Ecommerce news, insight and industry news with the wider business

This is an excellent role in a business that is right up there with one of the top employer brands in the UK, so we are looking for a candidate who closely meets the requirements of the brief, but who also has the passion to drive the Ecommerce and digital sales strategy forward with some gusto!

We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of Ecommerce sales/ trading, digital marketing and the role of content and search as part of overall Ecommerce strategy. You will have ideally some from a “classic” FMCG sales background and progressed into the specialist Ecommerce sales arena in a commercial role.
