Parker Young is delighted to be supporting champions of the Great British Tea-Time, Cartwright & Butler, to find a highly entrepreneurial marketer & passionate foodie, for this fantastic Marketing Manager role.
Cartwright & Butler create and curate indulgent and delicious moments to savour and delight, sharing the joy of tasty treats, whether enjoyed together or gifted from afar. Known for being bold with recipe innovations, new products and their ability to recognise what the market craves, the business is looking for a Marketing Manager to support the further growth of the brand.
As Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force and glue that brings C&B’s marketing efforts together, with responsibility for creating and delivering the annual Marketing Activity Plan for all channels (Nationals, International, Horeca, Corporate and Independents) along with the planning and implementation of NPD launch campaigns. You will drive Brand Awareness and engagement through social channels. You will:
- Manage 2 Direct Reports (eCommerce Marketing Exec & in-house Photographer)
- Establish and develop strong and successful internal relationships across functions
- Comms and creative copywriting for product naming, descriptions and site content
- Manage our external PR agency
- You’ll build your understanding of the complexities of each of our channels and end consumers
- Manage and optimise the marketing spend budget
- Manage the C&B website and oversee the trading of the site alongside our agency and eCommerce Exec.
We are looking to speak with experienced marketers, with food experience (or similar complimentary consumer sectors) ideally with experience gained in a SME/ family owned business environment and who understands the demands of a business operating across multiple routes to market, spinning a number of plates at once. Experience in launching new products (C&B launched 60 last year) and experience of eCommerce is highly desirable.
