Parker Young is supporting a brilliant privately owned, high growth, specialist business to business product company, with an existing client book of some of the most recognisable brands in the World, across multiple sectors including, FMCG, Sport, TV, Retail, Leisure/ Travel, Logistics, Higher Education and more, to find an experienced Marketing Manager to join the busy team.


Our client needs a digitally-fluent, creative and commercially-astute marketer to further build and grow the marketing function. As part of the management team, you will be primarily focused on all things inbound marketing such as content, SEO, digital PR, social media, landing page conversion testing, online advertising, and email marketing to win new business with more customers across the globe, along with retaining and growing existing customer relationships, ensuring maximum lifetime value of customers, running campaigns to boost cross-selling of their range of products and services and regularly monitoring customer satisfaction and NPS scores.


Our client is looking for an experienced B2B Marketer, with the full mix of marketing experience including content, social, email, comms, PPC and SEO. You’ll be a  savvy wordsmith with exceptional copywriting and editing skills and have the ability to adapt the style, tone and voice for different types of content. You be an excellent communicator, strategic and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and gut intuition to inform all decisions and have excellent organisational/ management skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.You’ll be driven, self-motivated and versatile - able to apply strategic thinking, but also get stuff done and you’ll understand sales and the role it plays in marketing, being just as hungry to convert and close leads as the sales team.
