Parker Young is delighted to be supporting a high-growth U.S. consumer brand, who is embarking on the exciting journey of entering Europe - and they’re looking for an expert in European supply chain operations, a ‘proper operator’ to take the reins as Head of Operations, Europe

This isn’t about sitting behind a spreadsheet. It’s a European supply chain lead role for someone who’s seen the full flow — manufacturing, packaging, 3PLs and retail customers.

You’ll be the COO’s eyes and ears in Europe — commercially fluent, hands-on, and able to keep a fast-moving FMCG supply chain running smoothly from end to end.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • own the day-to-day performance of the supply chain across manufacturing, packaging, logistics and distribution
  • Build strong partnerships with suppliers, 3PLs and retail customers
  • Forecast demand, manage stock and oversee procurement and vendor relationships
  • Optimise costs, improve margins and drive efficiency across operations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver product launches and growth plans
  • Mentor and support a motivated operations team

🧠 Who You Are

  • A commercially fluent operator with 7+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics or operations (FMCG preferred)
  • Experienced across the full supply chain cycle — manufacturing through to customer delivery
  • Advanced user of spreadsheets and data management systems (Oracle, SAP or similar)
  • Skilled negotiator, confident communicator and calm under pressure
  • Strategic thinker who’s just as comfortable getting stuck in
