We are searching for an experienced, commercially minded Ecommerce Brand Manager who can take full ownership of the DTC ecommerce channel — driving performance, elevating customer experience and making data-led decisions that support continued growth.


The Opportunity

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of digital trading, brand experience and commercial performance. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform while contributing meaningfully to both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce Ownership & Site Management

  • Lead day-to-day management of the ecommerce website, ensuring an optimised, on-brand and high-quality user experience.

  • Oversee product uploads, promotions, pricing, content updates and platform maintenance.

  • Drive continuous UX and CRO improvements in collaboration with brand, creative and digital teams.

Digital Growth & Trading Performance

  • Develop and execute acquisition, retention and trading strategies designed to meet revenue and efficiency targets.

  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams and manage external digital agencies across paid media, organic content, CRM and social channels.

  • Align activity with commercial priorities and ensure all initiatives are data-driven and performance-focused.

Analytics, Insight & Reporting

  • Track and interpret key performance metrics including sales, CVR, AOV, CPA, ROAS, traffic and customer behaviour.

  • Produce regular reporting and use insight to inform optimisation and strategic recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations on stock, fulfilment and trading planning to support a smooth customer experience.

  • Ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution across all digital touchpoints.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with external agencies and hold partners accountable to agreed performance targets.

Budget Ownership

  • Manage the ecommerce budget, allocating investment effectively and ensuring strong ROI across initiatives.


About You

We are looking for a candidate who brings both commercial acumen and digital expertise. The ideal person will be:

  • Experienced in managing ecommerce platforms (Shopify and Klaviyo experience highly desirable)

  • Confident interpreting data and using it to influence decision-making

  • Skilled in digital trading and performance optimisation

  • Comfortable managing agencies and collaborating across teams

  • Highly organised, proactive and able to work at pace

  • Both commercially focused and brand-aware

  • A strong communicator with a pragmatic, solutions-led approach

Experience with basic creative tools (e.g. Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial, though not essential.
