Digital Marketing Manager - Yorkshire

Parker Young partnered with Preventx, to find a Head of Digital in 2023 and we are delighted to be now supporting this great business, with ambitious, global growth plans, to identify an ambitious digital marketeer who looking for the opportunity to make a real difference as Digital Marketing Manager.

This role is best suited for a candidate looking to take true ownership of our digital channels to develop a full funnel approach to acquiring new patients. Candidates with recent agency background or hands on in-house experience preferable. To be successful in this role, you will need to always think data-first, be strategic & creative as well as build solid, collaborative relationships with Data insights, agencies and product teams. 


Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, PPC, Organic and Paid Social, lead generation and display advertising campaigns including programmatic.
  • Monitor and react to competitor activity.
  • Work with media agencies to manage in month planning and forecasting across digital and offline channels.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (traffic, CVR, CPA and ROAS)
  • Work closely with marketing colleagues and agencies to maximise the reach and efficiency of offline and PR campaigns.
  • Develop and manage our SEO programme.



  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Use a range of analytics tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identify opportunities for digital growth through new channels and strategic partners.
  • Harness data within GDPR guidelines to increase relevancy and efficacy of our targeting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Implement and understand conversion points and optimize user funnels.


Channel Development:

  • Develop new and creative growth strategies including digital partnerships.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Maintain GDPR Compliance across our digital acquisition activity including tracking technology.


Desired experience:

  • Experience within a regulated environment would be an advantage – Healthcare / gambling/ Financial services.
  • This role would suit someone with digital marketing agency experience.
  • Experience of CRO would be a bonus.
  • Adwords experience is essential.
