Parker Young is proud to be supporting an Iconic British Brand in the identification of a National Account Executive/Customer Account Executive, who will effectively manage and grow business with the company’s key retail partner.
The National Account Executive/Customer Account Executive is responsible for:
- Supporting the Senior National Account Manager/Senior Customer Account Manager through delivery of profit, quarterly targets, sales volume, forecasting, pricing, promotions, proactively identifying opportunities to achieve growth and building strong relationships with retailers.
- The Digital Plan, delivering profit, presentations and performing negotiations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to assess performance, develop recommendations for competitive advantage for the brand.
- Co-ordinating and driving cross functional retailer projects and customer events.
- Driving the business’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- The promotional plan, analysing and executing the plan.
- Creating, implementing, and reviewing category and customer activation plans, through understanding the shopper journey and ensuring return on investment.
- Excellent service levels to customers and collaborating with both external and internal supply and demand planning teams.
- Supporting and implementing the annual account plans so that they are aligned to the company strategic objectives and deliver success.
