Our client has experienced some exciting and sustained growth over the past few years and as the food and drink market continues to evolve, the business has a fantastic opportunity to build on the strength of their brands in new and existing categories.
We are looking for an experienced FMCG brand marketer, with creativity and passion for food in abundance. You need to have worked in a similar, face paced FMCG role and have proven experience of bringing ideas and concepts to life:
As Brand Manager you will be responsible for owning the development of the brand NPD pipeline across the full brand portfolio. You will be tasked with bringing the outside world in, to identify the right trends and insight to unlock consumer issues and identify future growth opportunities. You will consult with the product management team to support with idea generation, NPD insight and expertise sharing and you will lead the NPD process from idea/concept, briefing new product research and interpreting/ acting upon research results.
The NPD Brand Manager will work alongside the Portfolio Brand Managers to create an impactful launch support plan, including paid, owned, shared, earned as well as shopper activation to develop the right communication mix, that meets our NPD launch objectives. Ensuring all elements are carried out to a high standard and that appropriate effectiveness measures are in place.
