Parker Young is partnering with a leading FMCG organisation, housing some of the nation’s best loved brands, to find a great candidate for a newly created Assistant Brand Manager role!
As Assistant Brand Manager, you will have the chance to work with an experienced marketing team to support the development of the brand strategy and execution for multiple brands. You will manage multiple change projects, including end to end management of NPD, and other portfolio changes, along with working closely with colleagues in other parts of the business to ensure everything stays on track.
Key responsibilities include
- Support the delivery of agreed brand KPIs
- Support the setting and execution of brand plans for your portfolio
- Lead the development of the brand innovation pipeline for your brand ensuring the right fit with brand strategy and company objectives.
- Help develop consumer and shopper communications
- Management of brand projects through our project management process
- Work closely with Sales and category colleagues to ensure the brand plans are translated into channel / customer strategy.
- Attend and contribute to relevant brand team meetings and business planning process
Our client is looking for either a graduate (or equivalent), ideally with experience in brand management, B2C campaign or product management. You will have work experience gained in an environment where you have demonstrated great communication, team work, excellent organisation and planning, along with excellent relationship building skills.
