Senior Customer Insight Manager - Bradford

Parker Young is delighted to be recruiting a Senior Insight Manager position for on of our global clients who require an experienced Customer Insight specialist for an exciting role, based in West Yorkshire.

As Senior Customer Insight Manager, you will be a fundamental member of the team, utilising your extensive industry knowledge to provide valuable insights. You will be to help the to understand data and create insights gathered from a customer loyalty data solution and all other available data sets including Market Data, Price & Promotional Analysis, Range Optimisation.

The ideal candidate will need to have an analytical mind, combined with excellent interpersonal and engagement skills, to deliver an all-round service.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience within Retail, FMCG or agency, using actionable-insight to drive performance.
• Active listening to client issues and strong at identifying opportunities. Curious to learn more.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills. Good at presenting data in a simple manner.
• Experienced in interpreting and translating data, including loyalty/customer data.
• Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis 
• strong experience of working in customer insight within retail
