Can you proactively develop Sales relationships decision makers in SME and Enterprise businesses?

Do you have relationships across Marketing, Communications, HR & Talent Acquisition?

Content stadium is recruiting a newly created Sales Manager role in the UK, responsible for growth in the region and with the support of a fantastic multidisciplinary team based at HQ in Amsterdam.

As a Sales Manager you'll identify new business opportunities in companies in the UK, in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.

As a Sales Manager you will:

  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
  • Help to plan sales campaigns and create a sales pipeline
  • Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to the CCO
  • Meet with customers/clients face to face, over the phone & through calls
  • Secure deals and develop relationships with customers/clients
  • Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
  • Think & work strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

We are looking for a talented, ambitious and determined SaaS Sales professional, looking to grasp this unique opportunity to showcasing online content creations solutions, used some of the World’s best known brands to organisations in the UK. The selected candidate will have:

  • Customer focus - the ability to put the customer first and to grow sales through customer relationships
  • Results focused – you are sales Driven, deliver on promises and reach targets
  • Product Awareness - you're interested in learning about Content Stadium products and services. Please note that detailed knowledge of our platform is not necessary as full training will be given
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills – you’ll have the ability to influence key decision makers, but also to encourage sales behaviours and the delivery of sales-based projects amongst your peers within your business region.
  • Self-motivation - you're able to work autonomously
  • Experience in selling a SaaS solutions and experience with social media management is a nice plus
