Parker Young are delighted to be partnering once again with Spike. Further growth as highlighted to need for repurposing and redefining some key roles in the business and its opened up the opportunity to create client “pod” structures to further improve how they support their clients. The Performance Marketing Manager role makes up a key part of this new team.

You would enter the business as Spike’s first dedicated Digital Strategist which bring excitement and anticipation in equal measure.

We are looking for a Digital Strategist who has:

  • The drive and ability to work collaboratively and understand clients to drive mutual performance. 

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, outreach and PR.

  • The ability to gain a deep understanding of a client’s audience and create a digital strategy to drive growth/achieve client KPIs.

  • Strategic thinking proficiency in bringing together a cohesive strategy, working collaboratively with internal teams and key client stakeholders.

  • A deep understanding of customer journeys and how to guide them through the key touch points that lead to a sale/desired outcome.

  • You will also have strong capabilities to pivot digital strategies when digital marketing performance needs putting back on track.

  • A desire to mentor and help grow the team/individuals.

  • Develop and lead on data insights.

You must have experience in an agency or client-side digital marketing role with a focus on performance marketing and driving strategic new business opportunities and have an excellent understanding of the latest digital marketing strategies/ evolving trends.
