Parker Young is partnering with a privately owned FMCG business, who are going through an exciting period of change and now require and National Account Manager, responsible for their Discount Channel, to further capitalise on the recent growth in the market they have achieved. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for executing a commercial strategy in a number of discounter accounts by developing collaborative partnerships with you channel customers and therefore achieving your commercial targets Responsibilities:
We are looking to speak with existing NAMs or experienced NAEs with at least 12 months experience with managing discount channel accounts within and food or drinks business ideally. You will have strong experience of negotiating joint business plans with customers and a good understanding of/ ability to use data tools and category management principles to deliver mutual beneficial solutions to the business and its customers. You will have a proven ability to influence both external and internal stakeholders to implement new solutions to drive profitable growth and the ability to manage complex relationships to deliver against commercial objectives.
