Parker Young is delighted to be recruiting a fantastic, newly created Market Strategy & Planning Manager (MS&P) role for a leading branded FMCG company in the North of England.
Whether you are an MS&P/ Commercial Strategy Manager looking for a new and exciting challenge or someone with an Account Management, Category Planning or Commercial Finance background looking to move into something that will allow you to use your experience in a broader role and play a key role in influencing the company’s growth strategy moving forward, then we would be keen to hear from you!
The MS&P Manager is accountable for the development & execution of business priorities to deliver incremental growth incorporating channel, customer & commercial development.
We are looking to identify a strong influencer, with significant experience in a senior category planning (MSP) or sales role within the FMCG industry. You will need to have strong cross functional project management experience and strong customer planning, selling and channel development knowledge (ideally within a branded environment). NPD development & launch experience is crucial along with in depth Nielson, IRI, Kantar data analysis skills.
