Parker Young is proud to be representing  a market leading FMCG business to support in the identification of a Digital Marketing Manager for a 12 month interim opportunity, starting in March 2025.

Who would be suitable?

As a Digital Marketing Manager you'll have proven hands-on experience in digital marketing, especially with PPC and collaborating with agencies to deliver great results as well as high-performing digital campaigns. Leading and supporting across other digital marketing areas, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media advertising. In addition, this role will include educating and upskilling the internal team on best practices, ensuring long-term knowledge-sharing and capability building.

The Role:

  • PPC agency liaison - review and interpret performance reports from the agency, sharing actionable insights with the internal team and stakeholders.
  • Campaign Integration and Strategy - align PPC and other digital campaigns with broader marketing strategies to deliver cohesive, multi-channel marketing efforts on a B2B and B2C basis.
  • Social Media Advertising - execute social media ad campaigns across all stages of the purchasing funnel to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • SEO and Content Marketing Support - contribute and support the Digital Marketing Lead on content marketing efforts to improve search visibility and audience engagement.
  • Email Marketing – Support plan and execute targeted email campaigns to optimize customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Team Education and Knowledge Sharing - Provide training and share knowledge with the internal team to improve their understanding of digital marketing best practices.
  • Performance Reporting and Insights - Deliver clear and actionable performance reports, offering strategic recommendations to improve campaign results.
  • Budget Management - Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI across channels.

This role is very much about 'buying in' skillset and knowledge for our client rather than specific sector knowledge, as they have all the knowledge they need about their sector. We are open to speaking to people from a variety of backgrounds, but crucially, you need the experience above and need to be able to start the FTC in March.
