Our client is an industry leading business services company, with a strong European footprint and fantastic client base. The business is experiencing an exciting period of growth, due to a combination of acquisition and organic expansion and require an experienced HR Business Partner to join busy HR team.

The Role

The role will work closely with the line management community to support their growth as managers, enabling them to manage their teams effectively and with solid leadership. You will be the go-to contact for all HR related activity across the full employee lifecycle.

Specific duties will include:

  • Leading on all administrative and operational HR activity
  • Coaching and mentor line managers to support their teams in a collaboratively and with confidence
  • Ensuring the people agenda is comprehensively designed and evaluated
  • Supporting and in some cases, leading on employee relations matters
  • Coordination of recruitment and onboarding
  • Producing meaning data and reports with commentary to support decision making and shape strategy
  • Project work across a broad range of areas within the people agenda

The Person

Above all you will be proactive in the support you provide; you will build strong relationships with stakeholders through professional and authoritative behaviours as well as building rapport. You will have the confidence to work with managers, to challenge, influence and guide.

Pivotal to this role will be the ongoing development and maintenance of employee engagement across the business, as well as demonstrating passion and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

With demonstrable experience as HR professional, you will bring expertise, energy and vision. You will be a great communicator and be able to positively impact on the already positive and people focused culture.

Ideally, you will have experience in a B2B environment although it is more important that your skills and personal attributes are aligned to the vision and values of the business.
