Category Executive - Leeds

We’re searching for a Category Executive to advance forward with agenda and developing relationships to ensure this company continues to dominate as a leading go-to brand. If you’re a whizz at analysing what insights and data tell you about consumers and trends and subsequently devising new and ever improving strategy, this could be the role for you to excel in!

Key responsibilities:

• Interpret consumer insights and other available date comprehensively in order to put forward well-thought strategy that harnesses category opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritise category opportunities
• Establish strong and beneficial relationships with key customers to uphold the company’s reputation as category experts as well as to effectively execute category strategies
• Support reviews of product range
• Collaborate with the Brand team on specific shopper marketing activity
• Work with Account manager on detailing category initiatives within specific customer accounts
• Contribute to monthly reports and internal presentations

We are looking for a confident candidate, skilled in data interpretation, numerate, skilled in IT, with a business degree or equivalent. You must be well organised and manage time effectively. Experience within the FMCG sector is essential.
