Account Manager - Digital Agency- Hybrid

Parker Young is partnering with the award- winning digital marketing agency Spike. As Account Manager, you will work closely with the Account Director and have the following responsibilities:

  • Primary contact for clients, nurturing and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Deliver and manage project plans within timelines and allocated budget.

  • Participate in company meetings and client services team meetings to inform on progress and developments.

  • Work closely with the internal delivery team to allocate tasks and ensure projects meet and budget deadlines.

  • Contribute to client meetings, updating regularly on progress and performance and managing expectations, offering/receiving feedback and providing guidance and support when needed.

  • Utilise data and provide reports that influence decision-making, creating effective strategies for clients.

  • Support the Account Director, producing reports that support strategic plans.

  • Participate in delivery team meetings and be informed of all the latest channel developments.

  • Keep up to date with current industry trends and undertake relevant training to enhance your understanding of digital marketing trends.

  • Improve the client experience by providing feedback and suggestions to processes.

  • Join internal status calls, providing reports, action points and key areas of focus.

You must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a digital marketing agency, providing SEO/PPC and be familiar with G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets etc.). Have excellent communication, relationship building and project management skills. Be detail driven, analytical in mindset, with the ability to deliver actionable insights through reporting.
