This new to the UK market product suite gives retailers a realistic opportunity to deliver genuine cost base transformation through superior master data management. This in turn means that numerous existing processes can be removed, simplified or sped up. There is even the ability to turn the traditional commercial trading model on its head in a way that can deliver real benefit for both the retailer and their suppliers. The business is therefore recruiting some key positions to support this exciting period of change.

As Account Controller, your primary responsibility will be for maintaining successful relationships with, as well as improving results of the existing account base. You will work closely with senior colleagues across the business, your retail partner organisation and other 3rd parties to deliver a comprehensive and memorable service.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager/ Controller, who has a thorough understanding of the customer businesses within the Grocery sector. You will need to fully understand Retail Operations, Loss Prevention, Data/ Category Management and be able to provide valuable counsel to senior clients including C-suite level individuals.

This is a fantastic role for a results-driven and creative, solutions-led individual, who can provide intelligent and innovative strategic insights and observations based on a thorough understanding of the customers and their competitors. You will have a strong ability to communicate effectively and persuasively and a proven background as a strong negotiator with customers. Ability to profitably manage budgets as required and to convincingly sell ideas to clients, as well as services to prospective clients is critical.
